Tonight at dinner, Eden got in trouble for throwing food at Daddy. He raised his voice to get her to stop and say sorry because she was not listening (a rare occurrence ;) ) and this is what went down:
Eden: Sorry for throwing broccoli. You happy? Calm down(being very polite, actually). Take a deep breath and sway side to side (as she demonstrates the swaying motion)
I am sitting in my chair trying not to laugh after she says "calm down", but when she starts swaying and says "sway side to side" we both lose it and can't contain our laughter.
Eden is satisfied she has done a good job at making us calm down and moves on to other things. I'm not sure we got the point across about throwing food, but apparently we don't know as much as our two year old.
