Once upon a Saturday morning, in the kingdom of Princess Eden, a giant frog appeared upon the royal windowsill.
After much oohing and aahing from the royal family, with once "eewww gross" from Queen Meggan, King Daniel and Princess Eden decided to further inspect the giant frog. As they were leaving on their quest, Queen Meggan pleaded with the king to make sure that the princess didn't touch the frog. So the king and the princess set forth from their palace to greet the giant frog. As they approached the frog it became alarmed and tried to puff itself up to make it look even more giant.
King Daniel and Princess Eden tried to make a peace offering of a few small leaves, but that only seemed to annoy the giant frog and he told them so with a loud croak. The princess moved to the side of the castle while the king tried fervently to make friends with the giant amphibian, but the frog would not have it and decided to leave the grounds of the palace. In his annoyance, the frog tried to hit the door of the palace in protest and then left by way of the side palace where Princess Eden was waiting.
The princess did not anticipate the grumpy exit of the frog and proceeded to scream in terror as the frog approached her. And that is where this fairytale ends. Sadly, the frog was not transformed into a handsome prince, but the royal family did live happily ever after.
*no frogs were harmed in the making of this tale, but one giant frog was very annoyed*

ha ha ha ha!!! that's funny! what a clever way to tell the story! i have never actually heard a frog sound like that. i always figured it was an exaggeration.

Wow- that's the biggest frog I've seen in Texas since I've lived here. We get a lot here in our neighborhood but that must have been the granddaddy :)
Holy Cow! The frog was huge! Do you guys get them often down there? We only get thosefoot long water snakes.
