Baking up a storm

I've been doing a lot of baking lately. Trying different bread recipes and trying to add more whole wheat into our diets. I've also been experimenting with coconut oil. It is delicious. I made granola with it and it was absolutely divine! Eden helped me make chocolate chip cookies using coconut oil and they were delicious as well. They didn't last very long either....we need to make more ;)

in our aprons and ready to bake! I took Eden's picture and she took mine :) She is a very good helper, especially when someone needs to taste test the chocolate chips.
