Ok - I just realized that I did not take any pictures Christmas morning. Santa left us a new video camera at the bottom of the stairs that said "Open Me First" and so we took videos all morning instead of pictures...if I can figure out how to get them on here....
But here's the lowdown - We waited for our little alarm clock, aka Sage, to go off at the usual 7am. It didn't take long for Eden to wake up and then we woke up Grandpa and Grandma. Daddy noticed a present at the bottom of the stairs and went to retrieve it. It was a new Flip Video Camera....and it was charged and ready to go. Santa is brilliant!
Once the girls saw the pile of presents they were so excited, especially Eden. Sage was mostly excited because Eden was excited. We all took turns opening presents. Sage was having sensory overload so she started playing with a few presents while Eden opened the rest of hers. Then we decided to take a break and have breakfast, which was our traditional creme brulee french toast...mmmmmmm. Then poor Sage had to have a nap because there had just been too much excitement. After her nap she finally opened the rest of her presents and we put together the few things that needed assembly and then we played and played and played the rest of the day.
So much fun and we all had a great time. We got a lot of movies which went really great with the present that Daniel got for me.....a really cool popcorn maker. So movie night at our house....you bring your favorite snacks and we will provide the movie and the popcorn ;)
